Executive Board

Bobby Blaschke, President
Bobby Blaschke is a founding member of the Woodsboro Education Foundation and serves as its President. Bobby is of the Class of 1971. He served 18 years on the WISD Board of Trustees, and currently serves on the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority board and the Refugio County Community Development Foundation board. He is a retiree from the DuPont Company and previously served as the Refugio County Judge.

Toni Abila Rodriguez, Secretary
Toni Rodriguez is a founding member of the Woodsboro Education Foundation and serves as its Secretary. Toni is of the Woodsboro Class of 2000. She is married to Richard, who is also of the class of 2000 and they have two daughters, RyAnn and Tonya. Toni served 3 years on the WISD Board of Trustees. She is also a Core Member of the Highway 77 Life Teen Catholic Youth Group. She is currently a Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Agent and was previously the Assistant VP at the First National Bank of Woodsboro.

Pam Freeze Harris, VP of Events
Pam Harris is a founding member of the WEF and serves as VP of Events. Pam is of the WHS Class of 1981. She is married to Tim, and they have two daughters, KaLeigh and KaSteene, as well as 4 grandchildren, Taggart, Jaxxton, Ryker and Ruthie. Pam serves on the SHAC advisory board for WISD and volunteers for many of the youth programs. She is the groundskeeper of the Beautification Garden located at the elementary. Pam also serves on the Finance board at St. Therese Catholic Church and is the VP of the Woodsboro Lions Club. She is a retiree of WISD where she taught for 32 years, 4 years in the classroom and the last 28 years in Physical Education.

Kasie Mundine, VP of Finance and Governance
Kasie Mundine is a 2005 graduate of Woodsboro High School. She joined the WEF board serving on the Finance and Governance team before moving into the VP role. Kasie earned her Master’s in Professional Accountancy from Stephen F. Austin State University in May 2010. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Gulf Bend Center and is active in several community organizations and clubs throughout the area.

Eric Pipkin, VP of Donations & Sponsorships
Eric Pipkin, Class of ’78, joined the WEF Board shortly after it's formation in 2024. He spent 15 years as a Commercial Banker, 22 years in Christian/Parochial School Administration and the last 10 years as a Commercial Specialist / Residential Realtor in the Texas Hill Country and Coastal Bend Area. Eric is an active member of NB Rotary Club, has three adult children and three grandchildren.

Cindy Schubert Clendennen, Chair of Program Committee
Cindy Clendennen, a 1972 graduate of Woodsboro High School, serves as Program Committee Chairperson of the Woodsboro Education Foundation. She retired from Beeville ISD as Special Education Director and completed 31 years of service in public education. Currently, Cindy is president of the Refugio County Retired School Personnel, and has served in that capacity for six years. She is active in her church and participates in various community activities. She is married to John Clendennen, and they have four children and fourteen grandchildren.

Denise Poland, VP of Development
Denise Poland is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2001, followed by a Master of Education with a major in Elementary Education in 2002. With 26 years in education, she has had the privilege of serving as a teacher, assistant principal, instructional coach, and director of elementary education. Currently, she serves as a campus principal, fulfilling her passion in serving students and supporting teachers who make a difference in their lives every day.

Tonya Harrington Rodriguez, VP of Marketing
Tonya Rodriguez, Class of '98, joined the WEF Board in 2024. Tonya is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin (B.S, Advertising Communication) and has been a marketing communications consultant for over 18 years. Since 2013, she has been a client advocate and executive advisor at Radiance Women's Center. She and her husband (WHS Class of '95) live outside Austin, Texas and are the proud parents of two grown sons.

Leslie Garza, WISD Superintendent
Leslie Wilson Garza is Superintendent of Woodsboro Independent School District and serves on the WEF Board as a strategic advisor.
