Our purpose is to partner with Woodsboro Independent School District to provide means for new programs and activities not supported by tax-based funding. We promote and recognize academic excellence by students and innovative instruction by teachers and staff.

Mission

Our mission is to work with the extended community to provide resources, enrich teaching, inspire learning, and maximize innovative opportunities for all students and faculty in Woodsboro ISD.

Teaching Grants

From floral design coolers to standing desks, ADHD tools, and inspiring hands-on learning experiences, WEF has awarded over $80,000 in educational grants its first three years.
